| Production Cost Estimates
We base all cost estimates on a close approximation
of the number of hours that we think a project will take
to complete. Most projects fit this format, however occasionally
we run across a project that is difficult to estimate
time, so our hourly rate is assigned up front before
production starts.
Once enough information is presented either by discovery
meetings or by examples of similar projects, we will
create a detailed proposal that outlines each step of
production, with dates for approval milestones. The proposal
establishes the terms and expectations of the project,
both for SyncLogic and for the client. If the project
time span is more than 2 weeks, then the milestones for
stages of production, will also coincide with payment
draws for the project.
With a clear planning, everyone knows
exactly what expect and when to expect it, during every stage of production,
all the way through to completion. We strive to be on time, on budget,
and on target.
