Our Method
For every project, we follow a pre-established method that we have found
to yield the best results for time management and cost effectiveness
for our clients. The plan follows this structure:
Concept and Planning
This may be one or more meetings to discuss every aspect of the project,
including conceptualizing, production options, deliverable formats,
client expectations, and more.
Creating a Proposal and Production Schedule
This includes creating a detailed plan for each stage of the project,
and creating milestones for the production department and setting milestone
dates for approval stages and delivery dates.
Gathering Materials
Compiling artwork, design, copywriting, and any other source materials
that may be needed to complete the project.
Production Time and Client Approval Milestones
This is time needed by SyncLogic to create and produce each stage of
the project. Typically, there would be approval stages for each required
phase of the project, i.e., art design, development stages, section
previews, and testing stages. Normally, each stage is approved by
the client before continuing with production to the next stage.
